Understand the context first.

Before the first proposal, AGR takes the time to listen. Understanding the organization, its processes, its constraints, its technical culture. This phase does not yet produce an agent - it produces a shared understanding of the ground.

Define the perimeter, then design the solution.

AGR defines what the agent must do, what it must never do, what data it touches, and how we will know it works. Then the architecture is drawn before the first line of code: tools, flows, validations, escalation points.

Implement with rigour.

The agent is built in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and relevant Microsoft services. Every tool, every action, every validation follows the defined architecture. No logic is added outside the plan.

Test before delivering.

Before any production deployment, the agent goes through a battery of tests: functional, security, performance, edge cases. The results are documented and shared with the client team.

Deploy with a framework.

The agent is deployed in production with its governance framework: evolution rules, incident procedures, audit logs, decommissioning plan. Everything your team needs to take ownership.

Make you autonomous.

The mandate ends with a structured transfer: complete documentation, training of your team, post-delivery support period. AGR does not create dependency - the goal is for you to maintain and evolve the agent autonomously.
